Terms of Use

By using Clocktail, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Directory information is not a guarantee

Clocktail helps people discover happy hours, but venues control their own prices, schedules, eligibility rules, availability, and service. Offers can change or end without notice. Always confirm details with the venue before ordering or traveling. A “venue-published” label means the information was found on a venue-owned source on the displayed check date; it does not guarantee the offer is still available. “Owner-verified” is used only after direct confirmation from an authorized representative.

Responsible and lawful use

You must follow applicable laws and venue rules. Alcohol is only for people of legal drinking age. Never drink and drive. Clocktail does not sell or serve alcohol and is not responsible for transportation, venue conduct, or a user’s decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate another person or venue, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may limit or close accounts used for fraud, harassment, manipulation of cheers, spam, or other abuse.

Submissions

You may submit only information you reasonably believe is accurate and that you have the right to share. Do not submit private personal information, unlawful content, malware, or misleading claims. You grant Clocktail a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, reproduce, display, and distribute submitted listing content for operating and promoting the service. We may reject, edit, remove, or recheck any submission.

Sponsored placements

Businesses may pay for clearly labeled promotional placement. Sponsorship does not change a listing’s verification status and does not purchase a higher position inside organic results. Paid programs may have separate order terms.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Clocktail’s brand, design, software, and original content are protected by applicable law. You may use the service for personal, noncommercial discovery. Do not scrape at a disruptive rate, bypass security, reverse engineer protected systems, resell the directory, or use automated means to manipulate accounts or engagement.

Disclaimers and limits

Clocktail is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by venue information, outages, third-party services, or user conduct. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only as far as the law permits.
